Missoula Alliance Church Staff
As Discipleship Pastor, Dan loves to help people connect with Jesus and with others He was born to missionary parents in Ethiopia and did most of his growing up in Hamilton, Illinois. Dan received his BA in Biblical Studies at Wheaton College, did a one year internship with Camp Forest Springs in Wisconsin and received an MA in Educational Ministries at Wheaton Graduate School. Prior to coming to MAC in 2009, Dan served as Senior Pastor of Alliance Fellowship in Bozeman. Prior to that, he served as Associate Pastor at Beloit First Christian Church in Kansas. Dan is married to Kelly and together they have two sons, Ryan and Jackson. When not working, Dan loves to coach sports and experience all that our Montana outdoors has to offer -- camping, fishing, running, biking, skiing -- with his wife, sons and dog.
Micah oversees the worship ministry at MAC and has a passion to help people connect with Christ in an experiential way. Micah grew up in Bozeman, MT where he earned a Bachelor degree in Music Education from Montana State University. He later attended the University of Montana as well where he received a Masters in Music Education. Micah's plan was always to teach, but God has consistently directed him toward the church and given him a growing heart for ministry. Micah is married to his wife, Reese, and together they have six children - Aaron, Annabelle, Kenan, Maxton, Nora, and Tristan. Micah loves hiking and riding bikes with his family as well as marveling at the glory of God through Montana's changing seasons.
Robbie has been at MAC since 2004 where he started as the Middle School guy. In 2012 Robbie accepted a position as the Young Adults Pastor. His passion is to help young people know Christ's love, and experience genuine community. Robbie grew up in Fremont, NE, graduated from Crown College, and came on staff at MAC in 2004. Robbie is happily married to Julianne and has three kids (Micah, Carson and Brynna). When he is not hanging out with young adults you will find Robbie spending time with his family, drinking coffee, and cheering for the Nebraska Cornhuskers.
Lara (note: not Laura) oversees MAC’s foster care ministries. Lara grew up in Lynden, WA and later attended Calvin College (BA in Social Work). It was there she realized she wanted to spend her life helping people. When she and her husband Clarence moved to Missoula in 2003 they started attending MAC. For a number of years she helped in the nursery, Plugged In, Summer Adventure Week, and other children’s ministries. In 2008 she came on staff and began working with the children's ministry. In 2014 Lara took on a new title - Foster Care Coordinator. Lara is also the mom of four boys (Nathan, Bryce, Adam, and Brent) that keep her busy. Together they raise chickens and love to play hockey on a homemade ice rink in their yard. She also enjoys travel, biking, watching/playing hockey, and playing piano.
Reese Dalbey, Children's Ministry Co-Director
Reese helps oversee MAC’s children's ministry. She loves to love on kids and help them see Jesus' love for them. Reese is a Missoula native who lives here with her husband, Micah (the worship pastor at MAC) and 6 children (Aaron, Annabelle, Kenan, Maxton, Nora, and Tristan). Reese and her family have been attending MAC for the past 4 years and love the Missoula area. Reese enjoys running and hiking and any time spent with her family.
Tami Meinhold, Children's Ministry Co-Director
As one of the children's ministry directors, Tami delights in planning fun events that bring children together to ultimately discover the love of Christ. Tami grew up in NM and graduated from New Mexico State University with her Bachelor degree in Elementary Education. After her 7th year in teaching, Tami moved to MT with her Husband Shane and three kids (Kendyl, Brennan and Ali). With her family, Tami enjoys camping and exploring the outdoors, playing games, swimming, reading, animals and gardening (process of learning).
Ryan is currently the Student Ministry Director at MAC, overseeing both middle school and high school youth groups. Ryan moved to Missoula from Nashville, Tennessee in 2007 and has been a part of MAC since. He attended the University of Montana and graduated in 2012 with a BS in Recreation Management. Since graduation he has been a part of the student ministries and has absolutely loved it. He loves to be in the lives of students and see them grow in their knowledge and love for Jesus. Outside of church, Ryan can be found catching up on ESPN news, camping, or starting a new adventure.
Eli serves on the Youth Ministry Staff at MAC. Originally from Eastern Montana, Eli moved to Missoula in 2007 and immediately made MAC her home church. She graduated from the University of Montana with a BA in Psychology. Eli has a blast hanging out with students and seeing them grow in their relationship with Christ. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, friends and her dog Sophie.
Bonnie serves as the receptionist and administrative assistant to the staff. She enjoys being able to meet and welcome people as they come into the office and assist the staff in many different ways. She was born and raised in Missoula and graduated from Sentinel High School. Bonnie graduated from Denver Baptist Bible College with a double major in Bible and Elementary Education. She started at MAC in 2010. She has 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren. Bonnie enjoys the outdoors, bicycling, hiking, swimming, camping, skiing, working out and playing squash.
